On 4 October 2016 Permanent secretariat of NC CTFU, in partnership with the IOM Mission in Moldova, held working meeting with secretaries of Territorial commissions for combating THB. To participants was presented an information note on implementation of policies to prevent and combat THB locally in the first 6 months of 2016, the achieved results, gaps and recommendations for further work.

      Within the meeting the secretaries of Territorial commissions exposed the challenges they face in their work and needs to conduct an efficient activity in the future.

      Another topic discussed concerned the preparation and conduct of the National campaign "Week for Combating Trafficking in Human Beings", which will take place from 18 to 24 October 2016, being discussed activities set in the Matrix, and other activities that will eventually be made there in and to be included in  the  Matrix. Subsequently, to the secretaries have been distributed informational materials to be used and disseminated under AntiTrafficking Campaign by partners implementing national antitrafficking policies: OSCE Mission to Moldova, the Swiss Foundation "Terre des Hommes", National Center for Prevention Child Abuse.
